Our team thrives on agility, clear communication, continuous learning, and delivering excellence with heart. We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager who can help us scale by managing client projects, organizing deliverables, and keeping our internal and external teams aligned.
Project & Client Management
Lead client onboarding from kickoff to delivery, ensuring clear milestones, assets, and expectations are set from Day 1.
Be the main point of contact for clients set agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines, and keep communication flowing.
Proactively track and resolve bottlenecks before they derail progress. Raise flags when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
Able to summarize meeting and agendas
Internal Operations & Team Coordination
Coordinate across contractors: designers, developers, copywriters, tech assistants.
Host daily/weekly stand-ups and track accountability via PM tools (Monday.com , Slack).
Assign, monitor, and QA tasks ensuring alignment with timelines and outcomes.
Document SOPs and operational workflows to support the CEO and internal scaling.
Strategy, Forecasting & Systems Thinking
Collaborate with CEO to scope projects and forecast capacity.
Build timelines with clarity on dependencies, risks, and cost implications.
Identify ways to optimize or automate project workflows using GHL, AI tools, or better SOPs.
Sales & Subcontractor Support
Assist in sales proposal execution by helping define deliverables, timelines, and pricing structures.
Negotiate with contractors to ensure fair rates aligned with expectations and budget.
Provide insight on pricing strategy and project value.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and personalities simultaneously
3+ years of project management in a digital marketing agency or SaaS/tech company
Excellent written and verbal communication with a client-first mindset
Strong understanding of:
Branding, Website Design, Funnel Builds (WordPress, GHL, Kajabi)
CRM & Workflow Systems (GoHighLevel preferred) and willing to learn other CRM tools
Marketing Campaigns, Lead Nurture Sequences, and Automation
Experience negotiating contractor rates and understanding scope vs. budget balance
Experience working with CEOs or founders directly
Familiar with GHL, Zoom, Loom, Figma, Bugherd, Monday.com , Canva, and Google Workspace, Slack

Initially part-time (~20 hours/week) with potential to increase based on performance and bandwidth.
Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines across varied client types.
