REPUTATION OR REVIEW MANAGEMENT
Your reviews are the first thing a new client checks. Make sure they close the deal.
Online reviews directly influence buying decisions. A sparse review profile or an unanswered negative review can lose you the client before they ever reach out. We build and manage your review generation system and handle reputation monitoring so you always know what's being said, and have a plan for responding.
If you've had a damaging review situation, we handle the recovery strategy not just the monitoring.

We talk through what you need, what already exists, and what done looks like. You get an honest assessment of whether a project or a retainer fits better.
Written proposal
You receive a written deliverables list, timeline, and fixed price before anything starts. No verbal agreements, no scope drift.
Build and review
We build, you review. Every project includes defined revision rounds not unlimited back-and-forth, but enough to get it right.
Handoff
We deliver everything clean, walk you through what was built, and hand over all files and access. You own everything.
What's not included and why it matters.
Ongoing management after delivery
Once a project is delivered, it's yours to run. If you want ongoing management, that's what the Fractional Marketing Department is for.
Ad spend and platform fees
Project pricing covers our work. Any ad spend, platform subscriptions, or third-party tool costs are separate and billed directly to you.
Unlimited revisions
Every project has a defined revision count in the proposal. Additional rounds are scoped and billed separately if needed.
Content you haven't provided
For website and branding projects, final copy and photos need to come from you or be sourced separately. We'll tell you exactly what we need before we start.
