Beginners Retainer

$300/Month

  • 4 hours per month
    (1 hour per week)
  • Priority service for job submissions
  • (1) Meeting calls per month to review project load

Basic Retainer

$750/Month

  • 10 hours per month
    (2.5 hours per week)
  • Priority service for job submissions
  • (1) Meeting calls per month to review project load

Deluxe Retainer

$1500/Month

  • 20 hours per month
    (5 hour per week)

How does a design retainer work?

Monthly salary, without all the overhead. This service is paid upfront at the beginning of every month before we commence any design work. You are paying for time rather than a specific service. This service avoids those fluctuating designer fees and supplies you with cost savings!

When you select a retainer package, I will block out my schedule and my team’s schedule with the needed amount of hours each month and plan all tasks accordingly. 

Design Retainer Details

  • Each retainer package has a 3-month minimum commitment. By the end of 3 months, we will review the service we provide to ensure the number of hours is what your business needs. You then can move to a 6, 9, or 12-month agreement.
  • We set a number of hours per week for each retainer package. When an overage happens in your hours during the month, we will bill you our standard hourly rate of ($75) per hour at the beginning of the next billing.
  • Any unused hours expire at the end of each week. This is to make sure that we can allocate time for your projects each week and plan our workload accordingly.
  • At the beginning of each month, you will receive your invoice, payable upon receipt via PayPal or credit card. All invoices will include your monthly retainer rate and any additional charges from the previous month where you may have gone over.
  • Unused hours cannot be rolled over.

Types of design services included in the Graphic Designer Retainer packages.

  • Print – flyers, brochures, posters, event programs, signage.
  • Digital – email templates, social media graphics, blog banners, and other web graphics, lead magnets, PDFs, slide decks.
  • Advertising Design – for print, social media, and website
  • Social Media- Cover design, profile images, or services images for your social media accounts.

Not Included:

*This service does NOT include website design or re-design. Check out our Web Design package

*We DO NOT include social media management, posting, etc. 

*This service does not include additional costs like additional stock photography & fonts.

*This service does NOT include logo design. Check out our Branding Packages

Process: 

  • Every week you give us your graphic tasks list and instructions
  • Turn around time is at least 72 Hours
  • Weekend Requests will be count as Monday Request.
  • 2 Revision is allowed per design.
